Pawsitive Endings Director

Julie Weems is the Director of Pawsitive Endings Dog Rescue. She started the rescue in 2007 and has been able to continuously save dogs in the area with assistance of a small handful of dedicated volunteers. Julie is a wife and mother of two boys, as well as a full-time school teacher and a popular spin instructor.. As you can imagine, this in addition to her rescue work, keeps her quite busy. Julie relys on a few long-time volunteer, who she calls her go-to people. These folks keep everything moving. The rescue brings on new volunteer foster homes as they can when they have the time and resources to do so. The rescue is run entirely by volunteers and nearly everyone involved, like Julie, has a full-time job as well as family obligations in addition to their rescue duties and responsibilities.

The Mission of the rescue is: Find forever homes for unwanted, abused/neglected, homeless dogs and puppies in the Nebraska, South Dakota, Wyoming, Colorado areas.
